1. Digital Goods Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment confirmation via our secure Razorpay gateway, your complete astrological dossier or report is rendered and unlocked immediately on screen, without waiting queues or physical courier delays. PDF downloads can be initiated immediately in any of the 7 supported languages.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because astrological calculations and digital reports are generated and delivered instantly upon order placement and authorization, cancellations cannot be accepted once the report generation process has begun or the payment is completed.

3. Refund Policy & Eligibility

Given the instantaneous digital delivery nature of personalized astrological data, completed transactions are generally non-refundable. However, we guarantee 100% full refunds in the following scenarios:

• Double Deduction / Payment Glitch: If your card or bank account was debited multiple times due to a gateway or connectivity timeout.
• Failed Generation: If an authorized payment was deducted from your account, but the digital dossier failed to generate or unlock due to an internal server error that could not be resolved by our support team.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you experience any payment discrepancy, please write to our support team with your transaction details:

• Required Information: Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_...), transaction date, and the email address used during payment.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once verified, all approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard bank and payment network settlement timelines.
